Get to know Demi - Female - Blue Reverse Husky Mask

4 Week Pupdate:
Miss Demi has definitely darkened up over the last 4 weeks. When she was born, she was the smallest in her litter, but that only lasted a few days. Our little girl really enjoyed mom's milk! By day five, it wasn't easy pointing her out simply based on her size.

Demi is a sweetheart that is enjoying life! She's super sweet and definitely has a little playful side to her... She makes a lot of eye contact at 4 weeks old, which I'm intrigued by. Her coat is super soft like her mama's, and she has a reverse husky mask (full mask with a thick nose bar). She's definitely a little fatso, so at 4 weeks old, I'm guessing her adult weight will be between 13-15 lbs; however, I'll know better in a few weeks when she's burned off her puppy fat.

As far as her eyes go, I'm not 100% certain of her color just yet. I see a marble eye that looks to be blue and green, or blue and honey, and one eye looks to be blue. But eye colors don't settle in until around 6 weeks old, and these puppies are really putting me to the test with their marble (2-color parti) eyes. Time will tell, but what I do know is they will have the awesome husky eye shape and that's a person!

At 5 weeks old, Demi is thriving. She follows me around the house and loves falling asleep on my feet. She's a sweet girl with a quiet comical face. Her eyes are beautiful. Demi has 1 blue, 1 blue/green eye. Mama Mina makes some funny faces, and Demi definitely inherited the facial expressions from her mama. She is not a talker, but she will absolutely express herself using her face.

At 5 weeks old, we are estimating Demi to weigh between 14-17 lbs as an adult.
